Replacement or Refund for Damaged Items

If your 3 Marthas purchase includes defective or damaged products, we will provide a full product credit to your wholesale account or replace the product upon approval of our damage submission form within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. 3 Marthas does not receive returns on damaged items, we recommend that you sell them at a discounted price or donate them. Original shipping costs are not refundable; however, 3 Marthas will pay the replacement shipping costs if the damage is the result of our error.

To report a damage, you must submit the following form along with a photograph of the damaged item. If you received more than one damaged piece, please submit a separate form and image for each item. Once the form is submitted, please allow 24-36 hours for us to reply to your email address listed in the form.
